End-out marker of the building is K+P+6. The building was built in 1950 and adapted in 1986 and reconstructed between 1996 and 1998. The reconstruction was made according to the plan of the famous Slovenian architect Prof. Jurij KOBE, Ph.D., and represents the entire renovation of the building with the construction of a new, the sixth floor (offices + terrace). The belt foundations are made of reinforced concrete. The supporting structure of the building is skeleton made of reinforced concrete with the supporting intermediate brick walls. Partition walls were delivered from Italy and were constructed in metal (aluminum) with glass coatings and chipboards in the offices and plasterboards in toilet facilities. With regards to the modular design, it is also possible to change the ground plan of individual rooms easily. A part of partition walls between the offices from the first to the fifth floor is represented by the wooden office closets. The roof is flat metallic and wooden with light slope, partially covered with sheet metal, partially with rubble. There is a glass roof over the terrace. The drainage of rain waters is through the external and internal draining channels. The façade to the roadside is coated with the plates made of REPEN stone. The façade to the backyard side is additionally thermally insulated and classically plastered with Terranovaplaster.
Floorings on the ground floor, staircase, and toilet facilities are constructed of granite. Staircases and corridors are coated with green marble of the Verde Imperiale type. Thus, the outlook of business space has a prestigious appearance. In the offices, there is classic lacquered ashparquet. The walls are plastered classically and painted and also are the ceilings from the ground floor to the fifth floor. On the sixth floor, the ceilings are fabricated and coated with the Armstrong plates.
The windows on the roadside are made of PVC. In the staircase, windows are made of aluminum and wooden in the offices on the backyard side. The glazing is double thermopane. The windows on the backyard side are equipped with external aluminum Venetian blinds with manual regulation. Windows on the roadside have internal vertical blinds. The building is connected to the water supply, sewerage, electric, heating, telephone, and internet network. The cooling of rooms is designed through their own central air-conditioning (on the roof). The heating is designed through installation to remote heating (Energetika) and installed to all the offices to parapet convectors and through the wall radiators in the toilet facilities. The technology enables individual management of building and control over the use of energy sources and other operating costs.
Interior installations represent electric 240 V network with two connectors per working position and telephone and computer network made of UTP cables with connectors for every working position. The building has a network of fire sensors with their own central and signaltransmission to the security service. The anti-burglary device is also installed with the sensors on every floor and with the connection to the control center. In accordance with the regulations, the elevator is connected with the rescue center through verbal communication. To enter the building, there is a double automatic sliding door. It is possible to enter the floors through the staircase or the elevator for 6 persons.
